The Accident

I was driving home in the evening and found myself tailgating a car in front of me. After several minutes, fumed, I moved over to the next lane and passed her. I then got back in her lane. I started to drive fast..and then slow.. having her close behind me.

Then all of a sudden, I found myself walking and someone yelling at me "Miss, Miss, are you okay? Do you have identification on you?"

I turned to see a cop shining a light at me. I looked around and saw cars after cars piled up on one another.

I cried out "What happened, did I do this?? Did I cause this??". Tears started to rush down my eyes. There were bodies everywhere and I looked at myself. I had blood on me.

"Miss, you need to stay calm", the cop said as she approached me..

a Coworker tells my friend and I about FTP only being used in SB and that SB location was being sold off to another company. He beckons for us to follow him into an outside auditorium where there are a lot of people. My friend departs and takes a seat across from me. Another friend gets up to describe a graphical technique. Everyone is impressed. He encourages her and thanks her. She informs him that she likes his blog and they exchange contact information.

Another friend gets up and starts singing...it was unusual. Took me down memory lane and I started tearing up..

The Party

A huge party. Lots of toasting. Banquet / Basque style feast. We are all sitting around waiting to be served. Everyone has drank a little to much wine. We are all dancing. I am dancing.. my shoulder straps on my dress comes off and my breasts are exposed. I feel naked. No one seems to notice. I touch my bare back and feel roughness. I look in the mirror behind me and see quartersized soap residues on my back, almost as if I had miss some spots while showering.

We are all seated. My parents are seated kitty corner from me. As I sit down I notice an empty seat next to me. And then ...... HE sits down.. and I smile.
